Highly recommend BC Belmont, have been with them since the old store round the corner. Recently took my road bike for a service and they did a great job, comprehensive and fixed some minor noises. Service over and above expected, even cleaned the bike, trued wheels and put a patch on to prevent cable rubbing on frame. Great job!

I've never been given a more fantastic personalised service from a bicycle shop, Ive been to a few between Melbourne and Adelaide included.

Mike was an absolute champion to deal with. I brought my bike in with an extremely complex issue (The guys probably wanted to throw the bike in the bin to be honest). HOWEVER, the attitude of the group that works here is phenomenal, I was greeted with "No problems, I love a challenge so see how we go!".

I was even given constant updates via phone call on how the job was going. Unfortunately we live in a world where Masterchef is spawning morons who want to critique how a cheeseburger tasted at Mcdonalds. Or a Google review system that gives the opportunity, for tossers to come and bad mouth shops without any sort of substance (9 times out of then its probably because they didn't get a discount).

I feel compelled to give this shop the best review I possibly can. Bicycle Centre Belmont, you have just gained a life long customer and I cannot thank you enough for your A-grade service, your professionalism and respect for your customers.

10/10, I will always be back whenever I need supplies. Everyone reading this, support your local bike shop and ALWAYS shop with these guys, you will get the exact treatment I received.

Had a major wheel rebuild. Bicycle Centre were professional in what turned out to be a job more complex than originally thought. They persevered and completed the job to an excellent level and quality and were extremely reasonable with the price. I will definitely be back there again.
